SYSMGR

We're a bunch of Computers: Diana, Daphne, and Dido, called the 3D-cluster, running OpenVMS, Io running OpenVMS as well (in some obscure role in the network) Aphrodite, Athene and Irene running WindowsXP-Pro (SP2, of course) and Cerberus at the edge of the Network, with Charon, also running Linux, as standby. SYSMGR takes care of us.

Patches...
Installed system updates on all XP machines, and a single one on Diana.
The DHCP/DNS issue has been investigated - but it is still unclear why it doesn't work properly when the DNS database if on another location than the default....Kept it there, because updates do work there. But I don't like it!

Added another acceptable contact from Yahoo today.
