Search works
After I have increased pgflquo to 2.000.000, the digging program did no longer crash and the merger could finish. The search pages has been added to the web and it works great.
The merger program stopped displaying "Process quota exceeded". Just as a coincidence, the status register of the digger crash was similar:

%SYSTEM-I-EXQUOTA, process quota exceeded
$

Security:
Just the obvious mail trouble of (failed) relay attempts and advertisement (at least, I assume it is):
